Fulfillment ends!

Hello Racers!

It has been a while since our last update, but today we’re glad to say that the fulfillment process has officially crossed the finish line!

All the packages have been shipped out, and you should all be already having some crazy challenges with your wild Racecars let loose around the house.

We would really like to thank all of you once more for the support with this project, and we’re eager to see some pics of your great performances on the track! As usual, make sure to @mention us on social media, you can find us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok

Before leaving you to the hazards of the track, we’d like to share a couple pics to help all the owners of the Collector’s Edition who asked instructions on how to properly put everything back in the box.

Here we go!

Collector’s Edition Re-boxing Instructions

Put the controllers, the racecar tiles and the special track tiles in their proper housing of the inner tray. Put the cardboard battery, energy shield and special tokens as shown in the picture. Do the same with the wooden energy and smile tokens.

Put the cardboard smile tokens in the round housing over the cardboard battery tokens, and the cardboard slippery token over the cardboard energy shield tokens housing.

Put all the Racecar tokens in their tray. The Time Machine extra Racecar can be stored in the bottom part of the tray, even if it does not have a shaped housing. Close the tray and put it over the Racecar and special track tiles as shown in the picture.

Put the track boards beside the Racecar tray on top of everything else, covering the rest of the components.

Finally, put the Rulebook over the track boards.

Close the box and… your Tiny Turbo Cars Collector’s Edition is properly stored, ready to be played one more time!

Shipment Update: Fulfilment in progress!

Hello Racers,

we finally can report some long due good news: fulfilment is ongoing!


As you might recall, the Asia / Australia / New Zealand started a couple weeks ago, and all the packages for these region were reported sent out.


Europe / Rest of the World stock was delivered to our German warehouse Fulfilment Europe during the last weekend and the orders have been processed. Shipments started today!


USA and Canada stock is currently at our USA warehouse Quartermaster Logistics. Address check emails have been sent already, and they plan to start the shipping around next week or the one after that. Please note they're currently closing down for the week due to a hurricane alarm. We hope this will not create any trouble, and we are monitoring the situation as closely as possible.


FULFILMENT FAQ

Was my package shipped?

You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order gets processed by the hub. As usual, make sure to check your spam folder!


I’m a backer from [insert country] and didn’t receive the game yet!

There’s no way around it, fulfilment is a long process. It involves a lot of items being sorted, packed, checked and double checked before the package can even start to be shipped out. Our hubs are working hard to get you all your rewards, but patience is needed in this phase. You’ll get a tracking notification as soon as the hub is ready to ship out your package.


I’m a backer from [insert country] and didn’t even receive the email notification!

This just means that your package is still in preparation and it hasn’t been shipped yet. You’ll get a tracking notification as soon as the hub is ready to ship it out. We hope it’ll be soon enough!


...but that backer from [my same country] said they already received the game!

It takes several days to ship out packages, even more for countries with many backers. Unfortunately there is no magical "Ship everything!" button that can instantly fling all the boxes out of the warehouse at the same time… Even if our hubs constantly assure us they’re working on it!


My tracking notification says it is delivered but it’s not!

First of all, don’t panic. Couriers are doing their best, considering the worldwide situation, but the whole package delivering thing is still more complicated than usual these days. Wait a few days, and in the meantime reach out to your country’s Post Service to see if they have more information about your package. If they cannot give you more information, send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll reach out to the Hub. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to get you your package.


I got my game but something is damaged / missing / mispacked!

For any problem you might have with your pledge, please send us an email at [email protected]. Make sure to include your full name, address, phone number and some pictures of the problem. We’ll see what we can do and ship out the replacements if needed once the fulfilment is complete.



It is not a secret that this project hit quite a few speed-bumps on its way to our backers, so we want to thank you again (and again, and again!) for helping us during this adventure!

Shipment Update!

Hello Racers!


Just a quick update on the shipment status for each lane.


The EU stock (that includes Europe and the “rest of the world”  shipments) is still travelling on the EVER GOVERN, that has a new estimated time of arrival at Hamburg by September 14. Unfortunately, due to various worldwide issues, port congestion is very severe in this period, we are monitoring the situation.


The US stock (that covers USA and Canada) was travelling on the APL DUBLIN. It reached port on August 23 and was unloaded last week. The stock is now going through custom controls, we expect it to be delivered relatively soon to our USA hub Quartermaster Logistics. Once it's there, we'll green light the fulfilment as soon as possible.


As for the Asia/AU/NZ stock, we sent confirmation to our hub this week and shipping should start as soon as possible!

Shipment Update: almost there finally!

Hello Racers!

The scorching winds of summer are upon us here in Italy, but we won’t let an average temp of 38° (100°F) to stop us! While we slowly cook in our Horrible HQ, the ships are still cruising towards their destination. Let’s have a quick update since we just received the current estimated time of arrival:


The EU stock (that includes Europe and the “rest of the world”  shipments) is travelling on the EVER GOVERN, which is expected to reach port around August 15.


The US stock (that covers USA and Canada), travelling on the APL DUBLIN , will reach port around August 9.


Once the ships reach port, they’ll have to be unloaded and the stock will go through custom inspection. This process usually takes around a week or two, it really depends on the position of the container on the ship. Also, customs inspection could randomly require unloading the stock from the container altogether to be inspected manually. After these procedures end, the stock will be delivered to the USA and EU hub. Once it’s there, it’ll be counted again, and your orders will be processed and finally shipped out! Don’t worry, we’ll publish an update as soon as the fulfilment starts.


As for the Asian and Australian/New Zealand fulfilment, since the stock is already at the warehouse, we should be able to start shipping out the pledges in the second week of August roughly. Please note that mainland Chinese addresses will need to be inserted in simplified Chinese language in the survey. Reach out to [email protected] to update your address if you need to.

Shipment update!

Hello Racers!

we finally received very good news: the stock was finally picked up from the factory and the forwarder booked the ships that will bring it to our fulfillment hubs! 

The EU stock (that includes Europe and the “rest of the world”  shipments) will be delivered to Fulfilment Europe, our German hub. It’ll travel on the EVER GOVERN that will leave port on June 21.

Safe voyages, tiny turbo boat!

The US stock (that covers USA and Canada) will be delivered to Quartermaster Logistics, our USA hub. It’ll travel on the APL DUBLIN , that will leave port on June 23.

Here it is!

It usually takes at least five or six weeks for the ships to cross the seas and reach their destination ports, and then you’ll have to factor in the ship unloading time, the customs inspection, etc. Once it gets through the final inspections, the stock needs to get transported to our hub, checked, counted, packed and then finally… Shipped to you! Don’t worry, we’ll publish an update as soon as we’re ready to start the general fulfilment process.


As for the China, Asia and Australia/New Zealand stock, since it simply had to travel by truck to CFC, the fulfillment hub serving these geographic areas, it was safely delivered to them last week! We plan to start this fulfilment soon but first:


Double check your addresses!

With the stock loaded on the ships we can finally lock your addresses down and send them to each hub to start loading the orders in their systems and perform a quick fulfilment process. Please double check your Pledge Manager survey and update your shipping information if needed. You have time up until JULY 04,  then the address will be locked down and it’ll be very difficult to change it again.


Please note that we cannot ship to CANADIAN PO BOXES due to QML system limitations, so make sure to update your survey with a different address if you used one. Also, mainland Chinese addresses will need to be inserted in traditional Chinese language in the survey.
